3D DESIGN SERVICES:

With our on-staff designers, engineers, and architects, we are happy to assist you in any project you may be considering.

Our landscaping designers can help create your outdoor dream yard including decks, porches, pergolas, pavilions, patios, fire pits, walkways etc.

Our interior designers can help re-create your existing living space such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements or whole house renovations. We can also assist you in designing your dream home! You may choose from our preselected house plans or work directly with our designer and architect to make it completely yours.

DESIGN RETAINERS & AGREEMENTS:

In order to begin designing your project, Goliath requires a deposit of 10% of the estimated project amount, regardless if you choose to decide to work with us or another contractor. If you choose to work with us on the design and installation of your project, the fee will be applied toward 100% of the total project cost. The fee is non-refundable. This process ensures that we can tailor the project to your exact needs.

$20k-50k ($2000 fee)

50k-100k ($5000 fee)

100k-150k ($10,000 fee)

150k-200k + ($15,000 fee +)
